Luceille is a visionary leader, and is one of the founders and a designated Inventor on Spinergy’s patents. She has managed Research and Development and Corporate Development since the company’s incorporation in December, 2008.
Luceille focused on the management of the design and development of the Spinergy™ and Hydrospinergy™ inline turbine generators, and has been responsible for capital raising, technical risk management for research and development, and management of the Intellectual Property portfolio, product design and development and establishing preliminary market connections.
She has been responsible for general brand management as well as for the trademarks Spinergy™, HydroSpinergy™, Pipe Power™ and Pico Power Generator™, Working with the Earth™ and general branding.
Luceille has extensive start up and business development experience. Her strategic leadership has resulted in the establishment of a number of global relationships, including off-shore licensing and franchise operations for education and technology entities.
Luceille’s management expertise has been validated by the Parliament of South Australia, in appointing her to the Interim Management of the Southern Sports Complex, and by Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards, in awarding her 3 State Finalist Awards, including “Hudson Private and Corporate Sector Award” for Innovation.
Peter Rubinshtein: Chief Technologist (Australia)

Peter has contributed very significantly to the design and development of the Spinergy™ technologies. Peter is a designated Inventor, having lodged patents for a number of entities for which he has been employed, as well as those held in his own name. He became a Designated Inventor on Spinergy’s second patent in August 2012.
Peter has worked with underground VHF telecommunications systems, high voltage and high power electronics, programmable micro-current wave-form synthesizers, high heat dissipation and electronic load control systems. He has expertise is lasers and optics also.
Peter gained his formal qualifications and initial scientific experience as a Radio Physicist in Georgia (former USSR), and gained a MSc (with Distinction) in Quantum Radio Physics from the Department of Physics at Tbilisi State University. He subsequently worked at Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology where his main role was to design and construct electronic loading equipment for measuring output parameters and testing of communications and control systems.
Peter was employed by Physics Department of The University of Adelaide, and moved to the private sector as Senior Development Engineer of Tytronics, a leading South Australian electronics manufacturing group. He was Chief Technologist for Digislide Holdings Ltd (an ASX listed company) from 2003-2012; and has been responsible for scientific design and test regimes for Spinergy technologies.
Peter has applied his high level expertise to a number of leading edge technology entities in South Australia, including his own company, Rubitek.
Samson Ngabo (Australia)

Samson Ngabo is based in Australia, and is Spinergy’s Environmental Project Manager.
Samson majored in Sustainability and Environmental Management in the Master of Applied Economics.
Samson was formerly, Project and Construction Supervisor for Blue Bird Co (Rwanda), where he managed construction projects to $1.2M in Rwanda, always delivering on time and to budget, to Quality and Safety standards. He has sound Project Management skills, and established networks across East Africa, India and Australia.
Samson ensured compliance; created monthly reports and periodic tax returns and is an experienced Supply Chain manager in the African context.
Peter Holden (Cote d’Ivoire)

Peter is currently Spinergy’s business development consultant for North and West Africa. With the incorporation of Spinergy (West Africa) Peter will be appointed Executive Director.
Peter has extensive experience in Mining, Forestry, Operational Management and Public Safety Management in developing nations, including several mining companies in sub Saharan and West Africa and in Forestry in Indonesia.
Peter has a sound knowledge of Australian legislation and ISO standards, as well as those of the countries in which he works. He has gained broad experience in developing economies and has comprehensive operational management experienced, which is further strengthened by his commitment to sound Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare principles, and the importance of public safety management. His professional standards, coupled with his personal astute cultural sensitivity, make Peter the ideal person to lead the Spinergy Team in Africa.
Gameli Ashiadey (Ghana)

Gameli completed his Senior Secondary School years at Prince Alfred College, Adelaide.He returned to Ghana to undertake his degree in Mechanical Engineering with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and to fulfil his obligatory National Service commitment.
Gameli gained considerable experience as a Mechanical Engineer with the Conti Group in Ghana; and in Water and Energy Industries through his employment with Genser Energy Ghana Ltd, Kpong Generation Station of the Volta River Authority, Rana Motors and Metal Works Engineering Company Limited.
Serving his internship with Kpong Generation Station of the Volta River Authority, and Rana Motors & Metal Works Engineering Company Limited, Gameli assisted in mechanical maintenance of various turbo machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
He held the role of Assistant Planning Analyst for Genser Energy Ghana Ltd, and was responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring projections, and ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion of major projects.
Gameli is Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the West African Gas Pipeline Company Limited (WAGP), which owns and operates the WAGP’s infrastructur which transports natural gas from Nigeria to customers in Benin, Togo and Ghana. Gameli supervises all CMMS mechanical maintenance across the Region and implements the company’s HES and Security Policies to ensure a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory rules and regulations
Gameli gained experience in Contract Agreements and Service Delivery between the company and its contractors, and assisted the Project Manager in daily construction, installation and commissioning schedules, including construction drawings, P&ID, BOM and Commissioning Checklists.
He has been involved with several Energy and Infrastructure EPC projects, and is experienced in the co-ordination of fast-paced, design-build projects, and has a proven track record of coordinating and executing project plans, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance to specifications, contractual requirements, company procedures and policies, statutory requirements, and client satisfaction.
Gameli will assist CEO, Peter Holden, as Project Manager, producing design reviews, shop drawings, submittals, scheduling of subcontractors and materials, meetings, as-built drawings, job cost, procurement and field operations. He will track quantities on a daily basis and reconcile them each month for payment purposes, ensure compliance with safety procedures/policies and address and/or elevate non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors and vendors.
Gameli has good communication skills and is multi-lingual. English (Native), Ga (Native), Ashanti (Native), Fanti (Basic).
Gameli holds the same Core Values as Spinergy’s Founders, and has undertaken volunteer work with International Needs (Ghana), which is a beneficiary of donations from International Needs (Australia), a registered NGO, approved by the Australian Government. Gameli, was part of a team that installed a rain harvesting and filtering system for a community in a remote part of Ghana. He gained considerable satisfaction in seeing smiles on the faces of a community that had lacked an adequate and clean source of drinking water – one of the most basic necessities for living.
